When you register for an eCloud account for the first time, an invitation email will be sent to the email address you provided.
The invitation email link is valid for 5 days.
If the link has expired, please try logging in using one of the following methods.
Method ①: Ask your eCloud organization administrator to resend the invitation
The eCloud organization administrator can resend the invitation email to accounts that have been invited.
Please refer to the help page below to resend the invitation email and complete your initial login.

Method ②: Log in via "Forgot your password?"
- Please access the login URL below:

Click "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered email address.

A password reset email will be sent to the email address you entered. Please follow the instructions to set your password.
※ eCloud does not have an initial password set. You will need to create your own password.

After setting your password, you will be taken to the two-factor authentication setup screen.
