If you have suddenly stopped receiving eCompass report emails that you were previously receiving—such as the 8AM / 11AM Morning Reports or the 7PM EOD Report—you can check the email delivery settings by following the steps below.
How to Check Your eCompass Report Email Subscription Settings

Click the "Unsubscribe Preferences" link at the bottom of a previously received eCompass report email.

A list of available eCompass reports will be displayed.
For each report, "YES" indicates that delivery is stopped, and "NO" indicates that delivery is active.

To change your preferences:
- For reports you wish to stop receiving, select "YES".
- For reports you wish to continue receiving, select "NO".
After making your selections, click "Save Preferences" to save your changes.
Notes:
If your settings automatically revert to "YES" (Unsubscribed) even after selecting "NO" (Subscribed), your company's security software may be automatically clicking unsubscribe links.
In such cases, please consult your IT department to review and adjust the relevant security settings.
Additionally, eCompass reports can also be accessed directly via the Report Menu on the eCompass website. (Some reports require a paid subscription.)
