Email preferences vary depending on the product you are using, including the configuration methods and who can manage these settings.
Please review the table below and adjust your email preferences as needed.

Email Preferences for eCompass Reports
In addition to daily reports, eCompass also sends notification emails when various reports are published.
The initial setting is to have all emails delivered.
If you wish to change your reception settings, please follow the steps below:
How to Change Email Preferences

Click the "Unsubscribe Preferences" link at the bottom of the email you received.

A list of eCompass reports will be displayed. To stop delivery for a specific report, select "YES" in the corresponding "NO/YES" tab (choosing YES will unsubscribe you).

Once you have completed your selections, click "Save Preferences" to finalize the settings.
Email Preferences for JCEX
For emails related to JCEX, the eCloud Organization Administrator can configure the reception settings for each account from the "User role settings for products" section on the eCloud "Members" Screen.
Please follow the steps below to configure these settings:
How to Configure User Roles

Open the eCloud "Members" Screen and click the "Details" button for the account you want to configure.
- On the account details screen, click the "Edit" button in the upper right corner.
- In the "User role settings for products" section, the current user roles for each product are displayed.
① Click the dropdown menu to the right of "JCEX Market".
② From the displayed list of roles, select and add "Send Indication" and "Send Recap” to set the corresponding account as a recipient for these emails.
・"Send Indication": You will receive emails with order and trade information.
・"Send Recap": You will receive trade confirmations (Recaps) when a trade is executed.
To stop receiving emails, click the "×" displayed to the right of "Send Indication" and "Send Recap" under the "JCEX Market" role to remove them.
- Once you have completed your selections, click the "Next" button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Confirm the settings and click the "Save" button to finalize the user role configuration.
Troubleshooting Email Reception Issues
- If you are not receiving emails even though your reception settings are set to "Receive":
- Please check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Some email services or system security settings may prevent email delivery. In such cases, please add the domain "enechain.co.jp" to your email service's allowlist or safe sender list.
