1. Check the recommended environment
We recommend using the Google Chrome browser when using our products. Other browsers may not display content correctly, so please use Google Chrome and try logging in again.
2. Re-check the login procedure

Two-factor authentication setup
You can obtain the verification code using the method you registered during the initial two-factor authentication setup. You can also choose to have the verification code sent to your registered email address. Please select the method you configured.

- ※ Sending a verification code to your email address is available regardless of which method was selected during the initial two-factor authentication setup.
3. Issues with two-factor authentication
- If the verification code is not delivered to your email address
- Please check whether the email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder.
- Depending on your email service or system security settings, the verification code may not be delivered to your email address. In that case, please obtain the verification code using the method you selected during the initial two-factor authentication setup (authenticator app, SMS, or voice call).
- If two-factor authentication is not functioning correctly
If two-factor authentication is not functioning correctly, you can reset your authentication credentials and reconfigure them. If you would like to request a reset, please contact Customer Support along with the email address of the account you wish to reset.
4. Impact of internal network or security settings
If the issue is not resolved after following the steps above, your internal network's security settings may be restricting access.
- Please check whether other members are experiencing the same issue.
- If other members are in the same situation, please add the domains related to our products to your whitelist (allowlist). You can find the domains for the whitelist (allowlist) for each product below.
If the issue is still not resolved
If the issue remains unresolved after trying methods 1 through 4 above, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact Customer Support with a screenshot of the screen where the problem is occurring.
