This applies to users who have set up voice call during the initial setup of two-factor authentication.
1. When logging in, after entering your ID (email address) and password, the following screen will appear.
Select "Voice call" as the code delivery method and click "Continue."
2. You will receive a phone call to your registered phone number. Check the 6-digit verification code provided by the voice prompt.
3. On the next screen, enter the 6-digit verification code obtained from the voice call in the "Enter the 6-digit code" field, check "Remember this device for 30 days," and click "Continue" to complete the login.
At this time, be sure to check "Remember this device for 30 days." If you forget to check this box, you will not be able to log in correctly.
Additional Information:
On screen 1 above, you can also select "Text message" as the code delivery method. In that case, you will receive a 6-digit verification code via text message to your registered phone number, as shown in the figure below.
Enter that code in the "Enter the 6-digit code" field, check "Remember this device for 30 days," and click "Continue" to complete the login.
