This is how to send a verification code to your registered email address.
This method is available regardless of which authentication method you selected during the initial two-factor authentication setup.
When logging in, after entering your ID (email address) and password, you will be taken to a screen like the one below. Click "Email Authentication (One-Time Code)".
A message like the one below containing a 6-digit code will be sent to the email address you used to register your account.
On the next screen, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email address in the "Enter Code" field, then click "Continue" to complete the login.
If the verification code email does not arrive at your email address
- Please check whether the email has been sorted into your spam or junk mail folder.
- Depending on your email service or system security settings, the verification code may not be delivered to your email address. In that case, please obtain the verification code using the method you selected during the initial two-factor authentication setup (authenticator app, SMS, or voice call).
