Organization administrators can reset MFA (two-factor authentication) settings for themselves and members.
Please use this when MFA reconfiguration is necessary.
How Organization Administrators Can Reset MFA
Organization administrators can reset members' MFA settings from the eCloud management screen.
1. Open the Member Details Screen
Open the profile screen of the target member.
2. Execute MFA Reset
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) at the top right of the screen and select "MFA Reset".
* If MFA is not set, the MFA Reset option cannot be selected.
Regarding MFA Reset for Members
If a member wishes to reset their MFA, please request a reset from the organization administrator of the organization to which they belong.
After the MFA reset, the target member will be required to reconfigure two-factor authentication at their next login.
