eCloud Organization Administrators can resend the eCloud invitation email to accounts that are currently in the "Invited" status.
Steps to Resend the eCloud Invitation Email
- In the eCloud "Members" screen, check for accounts with the status "Invited."
- For the accounts with the "Invited" status, click the "Resend invitation email" button. The invitation email will be sent to the email address of the account being re-invited.
- The recipient of the invitation should complete the first-time login process from the invitation email.
