If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below to reset it.
1. Link to eCloud：
https://ecloud.enechain.com/ Go to this URL.
2. On the next screen, click "Forgot your password?".
3. On the next screen, enter the email address registered to your account in the "Email address" field, then click "Continue". A password reset email will be sent to the address you entered.
4. Click "Reset Password" in the body of the email you received.
5. You will be taken to the password setup screen. Enter your new password, then enter the same password again to confirm, and click "Continue".
6. Once "Password change complete" is displayed, you are done. From your next login onward, you can log in with your new password.
7. After logging in, the eCloud "Home" screen will display a list of products in use by your organization, and you can access each product directly.
