The invoice recipient information can be edited by the eCloud organization administrator within eCloud.
How to Edit Invoice Recipient Information
- In the eCloud "Invoice settings" screen, click "Edit" at “Invoice Receipient Email Address”.
- In the "Invoice Receipient Email Adress" field, edit the email address you wish to modify.
- After editing, click "Save" to complete the process.
- If an error occurs during email address registration, please contact Customer Support with the email address that caused the error.
